Support Groups

I have found that support groups can be very helpful in providing a place where you can openly speak about your loss in a safe and caring environment. The men and women I have met, through my attendance at support groups, have helped me in my healing. They have offered me advice on ways I can remember my child, provided a place where I can speak about my child in a caring environment and allowed me to process my experience of losing a child during my pregnancy. You, too, may want to attend a local support group in your area. If you are hesitant about attending, know that it is acceptable to bring a friend or family member with you to one of the open groups to support you. If you have any questions about support groups, please contact us so we can help.
